Job Description:

• Develops and implements digital recruiting strategies and tactics for clients.
• Optimizes digital recruiting processes and capabilities.
• Develops and manages digital marketing campaigns for clients.
• Develops and implements KPI dashboards.
• Advises clients on management processes and best practices.

Your Digital Recruitment Marketing Experience:

• Digital Recruitment Marketing.
• Experience in building candidate audiences and candidate pools.
• SEM, SEO, CRO.
• Process and workflow optimization.
• Quality Management.
• Analytical skills.
• Microsoft Office Products.
• Web Technologies (CMS, Website).
• Marketing Budget Controlling.
• 5+ years working experience.
• Languages: English, German. Other languages are a plus.
